Important School Information
Open Enrollment - February 1 - February 19, 2010: Wisconsin's inter-district public school Open Enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live.
Bus Route Changes:
One Day Route Change: Please call the school office at 588-3838 by 2 pm to alert us of a bus route change for your child when it's for that day only.
Extended or Permanent Bus Route Changes: A Parent/Guardian needs to fill out the form called 'Bus Route/Address Change.' It is available on our website under the left navigation button labeled FORMS, or you can come into the school office to fill one out.
Free and Reduced Lunch Information: You can apply for Free and Reduced Lunch anytime during the school year. The form is available online under the left navigation button labeled FORMS. It's called the 'Free and Reduced Lunch Application Form.' You may also stop in the school office anytime to fill out the form.
Custodial or Guardianship Documents Needed:If you have documentation regarding your child(ren)'s legal custody, the school requires a copy on file in order to comply. A phone call or handwritten note will not enforce the court order. Please be sure to bring in the most recent legal papers for your student's file to help us assist you with compliance.
