WOW! 100 days of school already! Yes, that's right, HAPPY 100th Day of School at LDF. Yesterday, & today, students worked hard and had fun creating and celebrating the number 100...they found ways to use the big number 100 in their classroom activities. From counting out 100 fruit loops for a tasty string necklace, to counting 100 letters/words and working out 100 math problems. Pictured are Kindergarten students, Brendyn Pearce/Ms. Marocco's class , and Mason (Dabaso) Elm/Ms. Ziebart's class, along with Tatum Kronquist, Willow Awonohopay, DJ Wayman, Ellie Mitchell, Alyssa Kelley-Webster from Ms. Soto's class and a cute drop in photo of Ms. Jaydee Holmes/Ms. Drossart's class. We are all 100 days smarter! Have a great week!

Dear Families, Lac du Flambeau Public School is pleased to announce that we will begin using the Raptor Visitor Management System at our school starting Wednesday, January 3rd to strengthen our program of campus safety for students and faculty. Part of keeping students and faculty safe is knowing who is in our buildings at all times, and the Raptor system will allow us to do that. The Raptor system will better allow us to screen visitors, contractors, and volunteers in our schools and provide us with a safer environment for our students and staff. Just some munchin' and lunchin' going on here in the principal's office on a Wednesday afternoon! And, cute questions from these two 3rd graders, (pictured left to right: Elias Tunney, Stevie Joiner, and Principal Ben Fieck) One question: How tall are you Mr. Fieck? LOL! Again, both students saved up 250 WOW bucks for this brief luncheon date. The office staff did hear too, that both students were very organized with their cold lunch and hot lunch selections.
