Fire Safety Week Visitors!
We had some very special guests at school today! Smokey Bear stopped by along with our local fire and ambulance crews to teach students all about fire safety. Everyone learned important tips for staying safe and even got to see the emergency vehicles up close. A big thank you to our community heroes for keeping us safe and making learning so much fun!

Thank You, Rock of Ages Church!
A huge thank-you to the Rock of Ages Church and their Cold Hands, Warm Hands program for donating a wonderful collection of hand-crocheted and knitted hats and mittens! The fun designs and bright colors are just as warm as they are cheerful. Sallie, you’re amazing — our students will put these cozy accessories to great use this winter!

Here's what's happening on the Warrior Campus, October 6th-October 10th. Have a great Warrior Week!

Happy Friday! It's the first Lunch with the Principal! Two 4th Graders ate lunch with Mr. Fieck, and it's his birthday-TODAY!
(Pictured are: Lucinda Shanowat, Saphira LaRonge, and Principal Ben Fieck)
These girls were so polite and imaginative! They enjoyed lunch conversation over corn dogs and cheesy French bread pizza, laughter, and creativity!
The conversation quickly turned to the principal’s birthday. The girls had many guesses about his age—some more generous than others. One student said they'd give him 100 cats for his birthday (and maybe even throw in a dog for good measure!). The room was filled with giggles at the idea of the principal juggling that many furry friends.
What made the lunch even more special? These girls had just become friends today! Their kindness, curiosity, and warm welcome to one another showed the best of what it means to be part of our school family.
Here's to new friendships, fun conversations, and principals who can (hopefully) handle a house full of cats and one dog!

Warrior Families,
We are off to a great start to the 2025-2026 school year! Just a couple quick reminders regarding our student drop off and pick up procedures.
Please do not drop of your child to school prior to 7:40 am as we do not have any staff supervision available before then.
Also, all parents/guardians need to sign in and sign out their child at our welcome center during the school day. Student(s) will be called from their scheduled class, to the welcome center, once they are signed out. This is an important procedure for student safety and ensures students don't miss out on unnecessary learning time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
