Information to share from the sixth grade student council group:
First, please know that this is for 3rd thru 8th grade students only.
The LdF Student Council is hosting Penny Wars starting March 8 to March 11! All proceeds will help to pay for memorials for Michael Schuman and Denise LaBarge. Here are the rules of the competition!
Each grade level will have a bucket assigned to them and marked accordingly outside the district office.
Students put as many pennies as they can into their grade level bucket before school or during lunchtime!
Students can put nickels, dimes, and quarters into other grade-level buckets to cause that amount of pennies to be taken away!
The goal is to have the most pennies in your bucket! The winning grade level wins an ice cream float treat for the whole grade!
STARTS MONDAY! Send in those pennies!
