UPDATE: Ojibwe Winter Games...
The plan will be no 5th grade this year (due to the ice storm)
6th grade will go on Tuesday, Feb. 5th
7th grade will go on Wednesday, Feb. 6th...and
8th grade will go on Thursday, February 7th.
Due to the inclement weather there will be NO school at Lac du Flambeau Public School today, Monday, February 4th.
Did you miss Parent Teacher Conferences? If so, don't worry...they will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7th from 3:30-6:00. Come meet our awesome Teachers! Snacks & beverages will be served too!
On Monday, Feb. 4th-The 5th grade classes are scheduled to go out to Camp Nawakwa for the Ojibwe Winter Games from 9-2. We are reminded to follow the 7 Grandfather Teachings of Wisdom, Love, Respect, Courage, Honesty, Humility, & Truth. Maps are available in the front office.
School Closure & Calendar Adjustment: School will be closed both Wednesday, Jan. 30th & Thursday, Jan 31st. The Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled for Thursday p.m. will now be on Thursday, Feb. 7th.
PTC's will still be held on Friday, Feb. 1st. from 8:00-12:00. Thank you.
All Week-(1/28-1/31) All after-school activities (ASA) have been canceled; including wrestling.
NO school on Friday, Feb. 1st for all LDF students.
Info from the Youth Center: They will also be closed all week. But, open on Friday, Feb. 1st.
Update! Ojibwe Winter Games will be held the week of February 4th-7th! Everything will stay the same, just move it forward one week. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

A special program called Crayola ColorCycle is underway. Boxes were dropped off from LUHS and are awaiting to be filled with used crayons & markers to send off to the ColorCycle program. Thank you Ms. Black's Art Class!
