Happy Halloween! Look who's here at Lac du Flambeau Public School!
Ms. Viola Swamp stopped by the school to visit the little ones and remind them of some important Halloween safety tips.
Never trick or treat alone, wear brightly colored costumes and have an adult help you check your candy before eating.
Please Stay Safe Out There Trick or Treating tonight! Remember to grab the winter boots and maybe even the snow sleds! Have fun!!


Lac du Flambeau Public School was a busy place today! Guests included, parents of Ms. Leia Rios, USA National Miss Wisconsin Jr. Teen, Michael Turner, Assistant Director/UPSTANDER network program, and Mr. Dorsey Levens, Green Bay Packer Hall of Famer, Super Bowl Champion! WJFW Channel 12 News was on campus as well as the Lakeland Times. Pictured are classes that had stories read to them and a skit regarding bullying. WOW, THANK YOU and safe travels to all. As you know Halloween is next Tuesday, October 31. Students will have the option to wear a costume at school on that day. As a reminder any treats for holidays/birthday parties etc. need to be pre packaged goods and candies only. This is to help ensure safety for all.

Hello Families in the LDF Community! Here is information that we are sharing from MHLT school. Due to so many families requesting a Lakeland apparel item that is neutral and could be worn to any Lakeland event regardless of school, grade level, etc.. they are doing an order with this design. Orders need to be turned into Tiffany at the LDF school by October 20th./NEXT WEEK! Extra order forms are available at the school.
Side Note: Please know that the sizing information is just as it is shown, we have no further information as to the fit & any additional sizing logistics. Please bring in payment in the exact amount and again, ask for Tiffany at ext. 197.

The Welcome Back PowWow was held today at LDF School. The rain directed the PowWow back to the school and not at the Indian Bowl as originally planned.
