There is no school for students on Monday, Oct. 10th. (A professional day for staff)
Indigenous People Day is also on Monday, Oct. 10th -let's celebrate together!
Then on Tuesday, October 11, you don't want to miss the dedication at the LDF football field for Mr. Mike Zimmerman, Sr. The football game starts at 4:00 and the dedication will start right before the game! Guest speakers will be on campus too!

Lac Du Flambeau Talk Show hosts interview LDF Public School students who will be traveling to Purdue university this Sunday to be part of a canoe launch and tour the University on Indigenous People's Day. Family Nights/Positive Solutions for Families!
The Zaasijiwan Head Start (ZHS) would like to extend the invitation to their first cohort of “Positive Solutions for Families” to our families with children ages 0-6yrs. The flyer is attached. It will be 6 Tuesday night sessions in the LDF school library & small gym from 4:30-6:30, with catered meals in the small gym at 6 pm.
