IMPORTANT BUS ROUTE INFORMATION FOR AFTER SCHOOL TODAY, Thursday, February 16th. Students riding the ORANGE bus will need to wait for another bus to come back to pick them up due to a school bus driver shortage. So these students will arrive home later than normal. Melissa Doud from the WI Native American Tobacco Network of Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council engages with the students with a “Throw & Know” beach ball. The ball is covered in questions related to smoking and vaping. The youth take turns passing the ball around the room and reading the questions. Students engage in deep conversation while learning the answers to the questions and the harms of commercial tobacco products.

This is so cool! The Lac du Flambeau PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) rewards trip went to the Rouman Theatre in Rhinelander. They had a very cool sign for the students so they had to take a picture to share! (Puss in Boots was the movie)
