Boozhoo LDF Families! You are cordially invited to attend the Lac du Flambeau Family Circles Program. The first session will start on Wednesday, August 17th at 4:45 at the school. These new sessions start on Aug. 17th and run for 24 weeks until May 24th. The theme is "Going Back To The Old Ways" Fun activities are planned between sessions and are always held on Wednesday evenings. The 6th grade BBQ & ADULT VS. YOUTH KICKBALL event that was scheduled for Tuesday, July 26th has been POSTPONED until Tuesday, August 2nd. We apologize for this last-minute change. Thank you for understanding.
On Friday, July 29th from 1-5 families are welcome to attend the annual Trout Lake Station Open House in Boulder Junction. Summer School fun! Attached are some fun pictures taken during summer school. Ms. Kendyl Ainsworth, and Mrs. Colleen Konicek's class were doing an egg drop experiment. (Raw eggs put in a safe place then dropped from the roof to see if they didn't crack) No eggs broke, so the teachers had to do the "Chicken Dance"!!

We were recently informed about a credible threat towards LUHS & MHLT administration. There is no longer an active threat. Law enforcement have now detained the person responsible. School will be open tomorrow as planned for our last day of the 2021-2022 school year. There will be added police presence. Remember that tomorrow is an early release day for students. Buses depart at 12:30 pm. Miigwech!
